Job Title: Project Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects simultaneously. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in project management, who have experience planning, executing, and overseeing IAM projects. You will need to demonstrate your ability to align business objectives and drive continuous improvement of our IAM posture.

  • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of identity governance, administration, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IAM projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and risk management principles.
