About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the ongoing development and progression of our branch by continuous sourcing of trade-based blue-collar candidates to our reputable new and existing clients. You will also be trained in the management of our existing database and clients.

Duties:

  • Telephone screening of potential applicants
  • Working closely with fellow consultants and account managers
  • Completion of candidate registration including interviewing (Face-to-Face and Web-Based)
  • Reference checking
  • Candidate Care - Follow-up calls and managing enquiries
  • Database Management and Administration
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates

To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Dedication and a desire to succeed and progress your career
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Able to be accountable and perform in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
