We are seeking an experienced environmental professional to provide structured support across refinery and port operations. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in mining, refining, or heavy industry, with skills in environmental compliance, risk management, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear environmental advice to operational teams
  • Leading investigations into environmental incidents and preparing reports for senior management and regulators
  • Coordinating monitoring programs and ensuring data integrity
  • Supporting project planning and infrastructure upgrades with risk assessments and control recommendations
  • Facilitating internal and external audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or related discipline, strong knowledge of Queensland environmental legislation, and proven track record in leading incident investigations and risk management programs.
