Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, as well as working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with tasks such as restocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining store appearance, as well as developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
