Job Title: Building Operations Manager

Panorama Apartments is a long-term residential building located in the heart of Bowen Hills.

Our team aims to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with residents and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

We're seeking experienced professionals with a passion for building management to join our team.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 12 months experience in building and property management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver strong customer service and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience using PropertyMe or similar software
  • High-level time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team in leasing and marketing processes, mentoring members on best practices
  • Achieving occupancy targets through effective planning and resource allocation
  • Overseeing on-site training for new customer service team members
  • Performing general maintenance tasks as required and obtaining quotations
