Job Title: Building Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in facilities management and maintenance.

  • Coordinate the Council's planned and reactive maintenance teams to deliver services on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational systems and procedures that embed continual improvement into the team's day-to-day activities.
  • Act as a principal point of contact for operations management matters and provide innovative advice and complex problem-solving solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate with stakeholders. They will also bring extensive experience in leading contract management relating to buildings and facilities maintenance.
