Hotel Maintenance Role

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with a proactive maintenance team to maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient environment for guests and staff.

The position includes assisting with daily building maintenance operations, performing tasks related to building systems, mechanical and electrical maintenance, energy management, and fire/life safety. You will collaborate with the maintenance team and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of equipment and facilities
  • Maintaining a positive image of the hotel
  • Completing daily maintenance and preventative tasks
  • Championing health and safety standards in all work areas
  • Responding promptly to urgent repair requests
Requirements:
  • Balancing safety and maintenance scheduling with minimal disruption to guests
