Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Advance Health Worker to advance the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities using a Primary Health Care Model.

  • This role will involve working with families, parents, and children to provide culturally safe and appropriate health services.
  • The successful candidate will possess a Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or be working towards it.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in hearing health, child and family health, and health promotion.

A strong understanding of Indigenous culture and community needs is essential for this position.

Additional requirements include:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits

This role offers a total monthly remuneration value of up to $9,530 p.m., comprising:

  • An hourly rate between $37.87 - $50.54 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
