">Child Protection Specialist - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services
">Job Summary:
">- This role involves providing specialist child protection services to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander families, with a focus on risk assessment and statutory support for children who are reasonably suspected of being in need of protection.
Main Responsibilities:

- To deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive child protection services that respect the unique needs and circumstances of each family and community.">
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of risk and provide recommendations for intervention strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of children.">
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander family support agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and cooperation.">
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practice in child protection and cultural competence.">
