We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Hotel All-Rounder to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Garden City. As a key member of our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with various hotel tasks, including selling hotel facilities, preparing and delivering food, and maintaining guest accounts.
  • Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
  • Assist guests with our new self-check-in kiosks and ensure they are briefed on features and benefits of our loyalty program.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting.
