Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work across Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, including shifts in the restaurant, cafe, and conference room.
  • Complete a wide range of hotel tasks, including selling hotel facilities, preparing and delivering food, and maintaining guest accounts.
  • Assist guests at our self-check-in kiosks and ensure they are briefed on the benefits of our loyalty program.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting.
