Job Title: Hotel All-Rounder Part Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Hotel All-Rounder to join our team at Mercure Brisbane Garden City. As a key member of our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work across various hotel tasks, including Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and housekeeping.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other hotel services.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in our restaurant and cafe.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting.
