We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive sales and customer service excellence in our Canberra store. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch performance and results-driven leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and profit growth by driving team effectiveness
  • Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards through coaching and mentoring
  • Oversee stock management, including processing high volumes of merchandise
  • Identify and select top talent into the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial plans and opportunities
  • BUILD strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Team Leader/Assistant Store Manager
  • A proven track record in sales, customer service, and performance management
  • Strong stock management and merchandising skills
  • An excellent team player with experience motivating and mentoring teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including working with customers and technology
  • A solid understanding of retail operations, including trends, fashion, and competition
