About the Role

As a Chief Services Officer, you will be responsible for leading service delivery portfolios that represent a majority of programs and revenue. This role oversees the ACT region of Carer Gateway, encompassing counselling, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Post-Hospital Support, respite services, and other funded initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple services teams to drive excellence in service delivery
  • Evaluate compliance and quality across government contracts to ensure alignment with national standards and legislative requirements
  • Implement innovative strategies for growth, sustainability, and improved service outcomes
  • Provide executive oversight to guarantee all services are safe, effective, and aligned with regulatory frameworks

Requirements:
  • Experienced senior leader with a proven track record in NDIS, aged care, carer services, or related health and community sectors
  • Possess strategic thinking capabilities coupled with operational insight
  • Demonstrate expertise in governance, contract management, and workforce leadership
  • AHPRA registration (with no restrictions) as either a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Physiotherapist is advantageous but not essential for this position
