We are looking for an individual who possesses outstanding plumbing skills, job knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire staff to achieve excellence. With a minimum of 10 years of plumbing industry experience and previous experience as a service manager, you will be able to develop high-performing tradespeople and ensure that all executed jobs align with our mission statement, vision, and values.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all site staff provide an incomparable experience to customers
  • Leading and inspiring staff to create a positive team-based culture
  • Developing service technicians into high-performing tradespeople
  • Identifying and acting on training needs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability
  • Proactively seeking leads for new client acquisition and providing timely quotations
  • Monitoring budgets and costs on service jobs and estimates

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for career growth and development.
