Senior Cloud Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Transformation Leader to lead our cloud ERP transformation program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive deliverables in a complex stakeholder landscape, leveraging strong domain knowledge within cloud ERP transformation and implementation lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have advanced senior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to drive deliverables, review and approval outcomes in a complex stakeholder landscape for a large-scale ERP program.

The successful candidate will also possess superior knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, tools and governance, as well as broad exposure and experience of key capabilities in the People (HR) landscape, including People strategy, end-to-end People business processes, recruitment, onboarding, Learning & Development, workforce management, talent management, workplace relations and employee experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with external parties such as system integration partners and ERP product providers to ensure requirements are accurately met. You will also act as a Change Champion for a large-scale transformation program, driving organizational change management skills and facilitating the platform transition.

To be successful in this position, you will need to provide oversight of data conversion activities, working with business support teams and Technology Project Managers to ensure quality and confidentiality. You will also contribute to the data conversion strategy, ensuring that relevant migration requirements are identified and delivered.

You will lead business testing for both End-to-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing in coordination with the project Test Manager, managing UTS employees to review and refine test scenarios, test execution and defect management. As part of your responsibilities, you will own the weekly stream lead meeting, working in close conjunction with the People & Culture Executive Director and the Program Manager.
