About This Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced scheduling professional to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be part of our office-based Care Management unit, responsible for managing client inquiries, building relationships with clients and their families, and assisting with staff/client rostering in a fast-paced environment.

  • We are seeking an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage challenging workloads.
  • A customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Advanced computer software skills and attention to detail are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries and develop relationships with clients and their families.
  • Assist with staff/client rostering in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in scheduling and strong communication skills are must-haves for this role.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and multitask under pressure is also essential.
  • High level of computer literacy and excellent time management skills are required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Recent experience in a similar position and experience in the Aged Care and/or Disability space would be highly regarded.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Police Check certifications would also be advantageous.
