At Blue Care Sunrise Beach, we are seeking a highly organized and dedicated scheduling and rostering professional to support the smooth operation of our facility.

About the Role:

  • Manage base rosters within our payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters, ensuring seamless scheduling and efficient workforce management.
  • Reallocate shifts, manage planned and unplanned leave, and exceptions, maintaining accuracy and precision in staffing allocations.
  • Communicate updates and inform staff of shift allocations & replacements, promoting effective teamwork and clear communication.
  • Ensure staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off, upholding compliance and accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate, manage, and resolve enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to foster strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritize your workload effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Previous experience with service coordination, scheduling, or rostering roles, bringing valuable expertise and knowledge to this position.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills to navigate Kronos Payroll system and other software applications.
  • Experience within payroll administration, with a focus on accurate data entry and processing.
  • Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage.
  • Confidence with smartphone and digital devices or willingness to learn, embracing innovative technologies.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
