About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Sydney. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strategic selling and product expertise to drive sales and exceed individual targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is personalized and exceeds their expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize strategic selling and product expertise to drive sales and exceed individual targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing personalized interactions and ensuring repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Tiffany & Co.'s products, including jewelry, watches, and other luxury goods.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide sales coaching, and support the effective running of the sales floor.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing duties, ensuring that the sales floor is well-maintained and customer-ready.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury goods, including jewelry, watches, and other high-end products.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
