Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our Sydney stores. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strategic selling, product expertise, and proactive client follow-up to achieve individual sales plans and clienteling targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and executing the Tiffany Touch.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills in accordance with TCO training modules and standards.
  • Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior, managing customer issues and complaints, and becoming an active member of the store team to support initiatives and efforts.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others at work, complying with systems in place to manage health and safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience, demonstrable problem-solving ability, and strong customer service ethics.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment and senior sales experience.
  • Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
