Drive Pharmaceutical Sales in Oncology

As an oncology sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed oncology therapies that align with both clinical needs and our company's mission.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
  • Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making.
  • Conduct value-based conversations in-person and virtually to understand customer needs treatment landscapes and areas of opportunity.
  • Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights preferred communication channels and compliant promotional content.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a hospital/specialty sales representative.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
