Role Overview

This role focuses on representing and promoting our Oncology portfolio of products, including those related to bladder oncology, within a specialist hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Territory Strategies: Execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory.
  • Engage Healthcare Professionals: Utilize multichannel resources, including face-to-face sales calls, to engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Urologists.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Develop new business with existing and potential clients to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor Market Performance: Actively monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a hospital sales specialist is highly valued.
  • A deep understanding of hospital processes and protocols is required.
  • Experience in retention and utilizing a high level of clinical knowledge is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of how to work autonomously and as a team is an asset.
Education:
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in science, Business or equivalent is desired.
