A highly specialised pharmaceutical company, they lead the market in this area, with a culture described as mature, lean, agile, and dynamic.
They are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to grow their specialised portfolio across Melbourne, Victoria.
Based in Victoria and reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Understanding your accounts and developing strategic business plans Engaging with key specialists across private and public hospitals Applying product knowledge to build confidence in your brand Driving sales and maximising product potential and opportunities Collaborating with the national and cross-functional teams The successful candidate will have: A proven track record in hospital sales and/or specialty experience Strong business planning and strategic skills Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skills Sound technical aptitude and communication skills This role offers the opportunity to represent an established, well-recognised brand in a highly competitive market, within a territory showing strong growth, and with a highly collaborative team.
As part of a lean environment, you will contribute to various projects with high visibility of your efforts.
