About the Position
  • This full-time Business Support Officer position will play a vital part in coordinating day-to-day tasks across three regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain personnel records, training matrices, and registers with precision and accuracy.
  2. Liaise effectively with office and field staff to gather information on site-specific requirements for personnel.
  3. Assist with purchasing and invoicing needs, including monthly invoicing and claims for subcontractors.
  4. Support onboarding and mobilization processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  5. Manage training matrices to guarantee compliance across regions.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  5. High-speed typing and word processing skills.
  6. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  7. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  8. Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, resolve problems efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
