Business Support Officer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Administration Support Services team as a Business Support Officer. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Surgical Services and multiple surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide diary management support to ensure seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Support recruitment functions within the departments, including candidate coordination and onboarding.
  • Assist with HR functions, such as leave management and data entry.
  • Maintain correspondence with various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • High level of organisation and ability to multitask with multiple competing interests.
  • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide efficient and effective administration support in a timely and organised manner.
  • Accurate data entry skills with a high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and departmental databases.
