Senior Centre Manager Opportunity

A senior retail property management professional is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations of a shopping centre in West End, Brisbane. This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Ensure the trading environment is well-presented, safe and secure for customers.
  • Coordinate maintenance works and capital expenditure to ensure the centre remains competitive and profitable.
  • Provide recommendations to the facilities manager on centre operations and performance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending regular client management meetings and providing weekly summary reports on tenant performance and property presentation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail property management or centre management.
  • A relevant degree, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property).
  • A full real estate license.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
