Job Title: Corporate Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader who can inspire and coordinate large teams, manage labour costs, and drive revenue growth.

This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing multiple events simultaneously.

  • You will be responsible for planning and resourcing corporate functions, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Key responsibilities include managing casual staff, coordinating events, maintaining presentation and service standards, and driving continuous improvement.
  • You will also be responsible for overseeing RSA and Food Safety compliance requirements and building positive client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a strong ability to motivate and lead teams.
