As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, planning menus that meet financial goals and appeal to all guests, and providing food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met in accordance with HACCP principles and local guidelines.
  • Preparing, producing, and presenting all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
  • Displaying eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.
  • Minimizing food wastage.
  • Providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Contributing to menu development, rosters, and other team-related issues.
  • Auditing kitchen stock and grocery lines daily and ordering stock as required.
