We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the entire customer experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for coaching and developing teams, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead your store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay informed about your store's performance and competitors, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs
- Analyse sales data and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels
- Manage scheduling and store maintenance efficiently
- Recruit, onboard, and develop your team members
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions
