We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at our Carindale boutique in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our customer service initiatives, driving sales growth, and developing high-performing teams.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, with opportunities for development and progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.
