We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and lead our reception team.

This role involves greeting customers personally, managing customer queries over the phone, and ensuring seamless interactions. You will also be responsible for supervising the Reception team, providing training and ongoing support, and rostering staff to meet business needs.

  • Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and inquiries, meeting key performance indicators.
  • Supervise the Reception team and provide coaching and mentoring support.
  • Rostering of the Reception team to ensure adequate staffing during critical periods.
  • Work with the Reception team to meet and exceed customer service targets and other Key Performance Indicators.
  • Utilize computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process transactions, and assist customers with booking services.
  • Maintain venue cleanliness, ensuring the reception area is tidy, shelves are stocked, and merchandise is well displayed.
  • Follow directions, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of customer service leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions. They will be financially savvy, with a natural drive to achieve targets and team goals, and have experience in a high-performing environment.
