Job Title: Area ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a portfolio of venues in Regional Victoria. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving growth, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Venue Managers to deliver like-for-like sales growth and shape quarterly sales strategies.
  • Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and audit venues monthly to maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, focusing on progression through our Advance programs.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance targets are achieved across your patch.
  • Be on the ground with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
  • A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
