Project Coordinator

This role is crucial to the success of our infrastructure projects at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a Project Administrator, you will report to the Executive Assistant and provide key support to the project team. You will also be supported by the wider executive assistants and project administrators.
The Opportunity
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the project, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress.
- Handle Purchase Orders, invoicing processes, and travel documentation while maintaining organized records.
- Support Leaders with expense reconciliation in the Financial System.
- Work closely with the project team, including Project Coordinators and EAs, to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, including managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial and administrative guidelines.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in office/project administration.
- Familiarity with Purchase Orders and invoicing processes, as well as travel documentation.
- Proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
