About UGL

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the central project support mailbox and address all inquiries effectively.
- Process folder and document permission requests and onboard new users.
- Assist in resolving IT issues and collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot challenges.
- Oversee vehicle management, including bookings and coordination for new team members.
- Facilitate the procurement process, including Purchase Orders and maintenance scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and manage expense claims.
- Support general administrative functions and assist in report preparation as needed.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build effective relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and experience in IT support.
