This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Management Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support to the property management team, ensuring all tasks related to property management are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Conduct routine inspections and ingoing/outgoing inspections
  • Record and handle keys
  • Assist the property management team in meeting targets and objectives
  • Perform ad hoc administration tasks

About You:

  • You have a keen interest in property management and possess a Certificate of Registration
  • You have a driver's license and own a car
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are eager to grow and progress in your career
