Property Management Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and professional individual to join a reputable market leader in Sydney. Our client is a well-established agency, delivering premium results across the Eastern Suburbs.

As a Property Management professional, you will be supporting a busy Property Management department and servicing an immaculately maintained portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries
  • Processing applications and reference check tenants
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople
  • Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports
  • Manage lease negotiations and sign-ups

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in the Real Estate Industry
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • An optimistic attitude
  • Exceptional time management & organizational skills
  • A high standard of personal presentation
