  • Placement Matching: Match children and young people with foster carers based on our multicultural foster care model.\
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with key organisations on referrals and reportable activities.\
  • Advocacy & Support: Ensure the views of children and young people are considered, provide essential information and support to foster carers, and work collaboratively with various support services.\

Essential criteria we're looking for include:

  • Proven experience in child protection or Out-of-Home Care (OOHC).\
  • A relevant tertiary degree or currently enrolled in one.\
  • Experience working effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.\
  • Well-developed analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills.\
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.\
  • A valid NSW driver's license.\
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.\
