Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and efficient care support to all clients as directed by the organization.
- Document service activities that contribute to service outcomes.
- Assist clients in performing daily self-care tasks as requested.
- Transport clients to medical and social appointments, as well as shopping trips.
- Deliver care services in a manner that respects clients' cultural backgrounds.
- Ensure food handling regulations and workplace health and safety standards are met when preparing meals.
- Support the review and evaluation of aged care and disability services.
