We are seeking an experienced professional with local expertise in leading project delivery, consultant coordination, and detailing and documentation on complex residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and documentation of multiple projects within a dynamic team setting, responding to intricate challenges with innovative solutions through collaborative approaches, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion, and efficiently managing clients, consultants, and technical specialists.
The successful applicant should have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency from concept design to construction documentation, contract administration, and site experience, as well as a solid understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
They should be capable of working seamlessly within a collaborative team environment, proficient in industry-standard software such as ArchiCAD gained in professional practice, self-motivated with effective time management skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
