Position: Managing Partner @ Saltus Group | Technical Recruiting, Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet complex business needs.
  • Build and enhance custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, ERP platforms, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
  • Create intelligent solutions using Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity through role-based access, field-level security, and audit controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver innovative and scalable CRM solutions.
Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Proven experience in the financial services domain—banking, insurance, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and modern CRM practices.
  • Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering business value through technology.
