The Role

We are seeking an experienced Banking Consultant to join our dynamic team in Melbourne VIC. As a key member of our branch, you will play a vital role in providing seamless customer experiences by meeting their end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet each customer's unique needs
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures
