Cash Management Specialist

Talent International is seeking a skilled Cash Management Specialist to join their team in the Northern Suburbs. This initial contract position has a high likelihood of extending or converting to a permanent role.
This role involves managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. As the Cash Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing incoming payments promptly and accurately, reconciling accounts receivable ledgers, and investigating discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming payments efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Resolve customer account discrepancies and issues.
- Generate and send invoices and statements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cash management or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow with Talent International in a dynamic and challenging environment.
