The Role: Senior Software Engineering Manager for Cash Management Solutions
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our dynamic Cash Management team. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in driving the technical direction and execution of our cash management solutions. Your expertise will help design, develop, and deploy high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers.

You will lead a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback while collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of cash management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including agile development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the financial technology industry.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on financial systems or related areas.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud-based technologies, and microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Predicted Salary Range: AU$170,000 - AU$220,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
