Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Lead to join our Cash Management team. As an Engineering Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the technical direction and execution of our cash management solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the technical design and development of cash management solutions, managing and mentoring a team of engineers, and collaborating with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and development of cash management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including agile development, continuous integration, and automated testing.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the financial technology industry.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on financial systems or related areas.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with distributed systems, cloud-based technologies, and microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with treasury management systems or cash management solutions.
  • Experience in Kotlin, Spring, and JVM stack-related technologies.
  • Experience in Elasticsearch, Kafka, Temporal, and SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with fintech and global payment systems.
