Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Systems Infrastructure Analyst to join our team and work on various projects, including storage management, disaster recovery planning, migration, and security enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, report findings, and provide updates to system owners and end-users on current problems.
  • Liaise with vendors and business stakeholders on the installation of patches, bug fixes, and version upgrades.
  • Participate in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans for all systems.
  • Evaluate and ensure that backup and recovery processes are in place and up-to-date for all systems.
  • Review and update system documentation according to agreed standards.
  • Verify that all technologies have vendor support and/or warranty agreements.
  • Maintain all technologies at required software release, firmware, and operating system levels to ensure full vendor support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Storage & Disaster Recovery, with implementing a Storage & Disaster Recovery strategy being highly desirable. Knowledge of Linux and Hyper-V is beneficial, as well as familiarity with Windows Operating Systems, Networking, and Storage technologies.
