Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate advanced technical capabilities in troubleshooting and repairing complex instrumentation for private pathology and hospital pathology clients across VIC, TAS, SA, WA, and NT.
  • Maintain a focus on preventative services to enhance instrument reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Service Managers to achieve optimal first-time fix rates.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in service, technical support, or plant maintenance, preferably within the pathology diagnostics industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • The ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation.
Travel and Licensing:
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within territory or locations across VIC, TAS, SA, WA, and NT.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
