About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multifaceted role that involves conducting training programs, customer workshops, and providing support for instrument installations and upgrades. You will have the chance to work with various equipment including Hematology analyzers, instruments, and systems, as well as Clinical Lab Automation systems and IT/Middleware solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct training programs, customer workshops, and provide support for instrument installations and upgrades
  2. Assist with instrument evaluations, including result interpretation, performance assessment, and report generation
  3. Support sales efforts through product demonstrations and customer assistance during the sales process
  4. Gather and share market insights with the sales team, contributing to account development and customer-focused strategies

Our ideal candidate has prior experience working in the Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics industry and holds tertiary qualifications in science or equivalent. They should be fluent in written and oral communication, able to work independently and self-motivated, and hold a valid and current driver's license and passport.
