Role Overview
">This position is an on-site opportunity in Mount Waverley, Melbourne. As a Field Service Engineer in the Southern Region, you will be part of a team and report directly to the Regional Service Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support and troubleshooting complex instrumentation across various locations in VIC, TAS, SA, WA, and NT.

- Provide exceptional technical service and support to customers, addressing issues with complex instrumentation.">
- Perform preventative maintenance to enhance instrument reliability.">
- Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to ensure optimal first-time fix rates.">
Equivalent experience: 3 years in industry (service, technical support, or plant maintenance) preferably within pathology diagnostics. Qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering are necessary. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently are key.
">Travel and Environment:
">Ability to travel up to 30% within VIC, TAS, SA, WA, and NT. Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
