About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounts to join our team at Roshana Care Group. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading our accounting, finance, and payroll functions, providing high-level advice and ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the management of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including taxation and auditing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including banks and investors.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with professional qualifications such as CFA/CMA/CA/ACCA.
  • Strong technical skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with experience in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of aged care compliance and audit processes.
