The NSW/ACT Business Unit presents an opportunity for a Construction Bid Coordinator to join the Precontracts team in Building, reporting directly to the Head of Client & Strategy.

About the Role

This exciting and challenging position involves:

  • Compiling various components of EOI and tender submissions;
  • Liaising with internal departments for their submission input;
  • Sourcing and updating standard content for submissions;
  • Assisting in editing and proofing documents prior to final review;
  • Maintaining high-level document management, formatting, and printing to ensure professional presentation;
  • Working closely with the Graphic Designer in formatting bid content and production;
  • Managing multiple bids with competing deadlines;
  • Ensuring content, quality, and standards of submissions meet client requirements;
  • Maintaining and improving the high quality of our submissions;
  • Assisting in maintaining the submissions library;
  • Preparing marketing materials.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in submitting tenders within the Construction Industry;
  • Two years' experience coordinating submissions;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline environment;
  • Intermediate MS Word skills;
  • Experience with InDesign (desired);
  • Excellent administration and communication skills;
  • Sound problem-solving abilities, demonstrating initiative and independence;
  • Ability to work in a large team environment across multiple construction markets;
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Good time management and prioritization skills under pressure.
